returns, exchanges & warranty

• For any return, exchange or warranty claim please immediately contact us on 07 5491 7960 or email info@hitbikes.com.au to process
• For faulty, incorrectly supplied or damaged items the return shipping fees will be covered by Hit Bikes
• Please return item within 30 days of successfully receiving your item. Return items with all packaging - include all product tags, labels & original packaging. Claim may be rejected if product is not returned to us in perfect & unused condition
• Hit Bikes will process all returns and exchanges within two (2) working days of receiving the returned goods back
• For warranties - please return within the stated warranty period for that product, commencing from the date of receipt. The time to complete a warranty claim will vary depending on the relevant product and supplier

REFUNDS

• All refunds will be processed within two (2) working days of approval
• Refunds can only be made back to the payment method used for your order
• Refunds of items purchased on sale or at a discounted rate will only ever be refunded at the rate purchased
• Please allow up to five (5) days after Hit Bikes has completed your refund for your financial institution to take receipt of the refund into your account

SHIPPING

At Hit Bikes we aim to get your order to you as fast as possible, at a price that won’t break the bank

We use Australia Post economy service as standard for all orders and we only ship to Australian addresses. Courier or express delivery can be arranged by request at additional cost, just contact us for a quote

For bulky or oversized products, our shipping charges reflect the true size of the item you are ordering, based on the physical weight and volumetric size of the product. For this reason we have varying rates for different products. All orders will be subject to the below table:

$10.00 Helmets, tyres etc... Too bulky for standard shipping

$30.00 Suspension forks, wheel sets... Medium size and/or weight or large but not heavy

Type 4

$50.00 Bike frames... Large and/or heavy

Type 5

$100.00 Hard bike cases, large boxed product... Very large packed size
